Job description
As part of Campaigns and Communications team, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing campaigns, developing communication strategies, and ensuring they align with our mission and objectives. This role demands the fusion of innovative campaign development and strategic communications with a deep understanding of our mission.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential partners, including NGOs and corporates, to explore business opportunities.
- Present Forward Impact’s services and value propositions in a compelling and professional manner.
- Share relevant documents, presentations, and follow-up emails as part of the business development process.
- Maintain engagement with prospects through regular follow-ups and updates on service offerings.
- Accurately document all client interactions and updates in CRM or internal databases.
- Assist in identifying new business development strategies and opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate internal meetings, support sales presentations, and contribute to deal closures.
- Assist in researching and refining skills filters tailored to various roles within the impact sector.
- Update and maintain high-quality candidate profiles in recruitment software, ensuring data accuracy.
- Conduct regular audits of profiles to verify alignment with system standards and requirements.
- Perform data checks and corrections to ensure consistency and completeness.
- Assist in troubleshooting profile updates and system functionality to maintain smooth operations.
- Support the generation of digital reports from hiring software and contribute to data analysis to assess candidate fit and progression.
- Conduct research on industry trends, audience insights, and sector-specific developments to support content strategy.
- Assist in drafting and editing articles, blogs, reports, and newsletters for various communication channels.
- Develop compelling social media content, including captions, infographics/creatives, and short-form narratives.
- Support in curating impact stories, case studies, and reports to highlight key initiatives.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency across digital and print materials.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to refine content strategy and improve outreach.
- Conduct comprehensive research on impact industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, correlations, and insights.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and visualizations to effectively communicate research findings to stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of research methodologies and recommend improvements.
- Assist in the design and implementation of surveys, questionnaires, and other data collection tools to enhance research accuracy.
- Manage and maintain research databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Requirements
- Graduate or Post-graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and record-keeping abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, online call scheduling tools, and basic research platforms.
