Job Overview:

As the Corporate Partnerships & Fundraising team member, you will drive fundraising, donor engagement, and strategic partnerships with corporates, foundations, HNIs, and multilateral agencies. Your role involves securing funding, managing grants, and aligning donor priorities with impactful programs. From lead generation to grant stewardship, you will ensure seamless collaboration between partners, internal teams, and leadership, maximizing funding opportunities and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships & Fundraising

  • Act as the primary point of contact for multiple funding partners, cultivating strong relationships and understanding their unique funding priorities.
  • Develop and pitch compelling fundraising proposals aligned with both partner objectives and organizational impact goals.
  • Lead the identification and development of new funding partnerships across corporate CSR initiatives, philanthropic trusts, grant-making foundations, HNIs, and multilateral agencies.
  • Own the end-to-end fundraising cycle, including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, closure, and onboarding of funding collaborations.
  • Implement and refine fundraising strategies to increase donor engagement, maximize funding potential, and ensure long-term financial sustainability.
  • Drive donor retention by implementing best practices for stewardship, engagement, and communication.

Project Management & Execution

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement funded programs, ensuring alignment with donor expectations and impact goals.
  • Oversee program execution, ensuring that deliverables, timelines, and budgets are met effectively.
  • Establish structured reporting mechanisms for partners, providing transparent, data-driven insights on fund utilization and impact.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between fundraising, program, finance, and communications teams to drive effective implementation.

Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate databases of donor communications, funding records, and partnership agreements (MOUs, Proposals, Contracts).
  • Track and monitor the fundraising pipeline, managing data and analytics to improve outreach and conversion rates.
  • Regularly update leadership and stakeholders on partnership progress, funding status, and new opportunities.
  • Develop frameworks to measure and communicate program impact, presenting key results to donors and external audiences.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (preferred in Business, Development Studies, Communications, or a relevant field).
  • Experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, grant management, or stakeholder engagement (NGO or corporate sector preferred).
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and data analytics for donor management.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
