Job Overview:

In the landscape of social change, forging robust institutional partnerships is pivotal. As Business Development team, you will be the anchor connecting Forward Impact with NGOs, corporations, government bodies, and other institutions. Your role will blend strategic thinking with relationship-building to establish and nurture collaborative endeavors that magnify our reach and resonance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive income through new acquisitions (corporate or NGOs), with regular progress assessments.
  • Identify and engage corporates and NGOs, crafting tailored proposals to address their specific needs, and ensure timely submission and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate CSR heads and NGO leaders, aiming to achieve high levels of partner satisfaction.

Prospecting & Conversion:

  • Implement lead generation campaigns across various channels to add new leads to the CRM system, working towards achieving effective conversion rates.
  • Conduct personalized outreach based on thorough research, aiming to increase successful conversions from initial contact to qualified leads.
  • Establish effective data management processes for lead tracking and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Proposal Development & Reporting:

  • Prepare high-quality service proposals that align with partner objectives, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Regularly report on key performance indicators related to partnerships and client satisfaction, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Develop and implement a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed and engaged, focusing on building and strengthening relationships.
  • Participate in industry events to expand the network of institutional partnerships and contribute to ongoing relationship management.
  • Conduct periodic account reviews with internal teams and partners to identify and address areas for improvement.

Marketing & Visibility:

  • Use digital and offline tools to enhance Forward Impact’s visibility and engagement with potential partners, optimizing strategies based on performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with the communication team to increase brand recognition and support upselling and retention efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (for AM) and Master's Degree (for Manager) in Business, Development Studies, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or Master’s in Social Work/Development Studies is preferred.
  • Experience in corporate partnerships (B2B)or relationship management.
  • Excellent English communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital/presentation tools.
  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings and presentations.
